Minister for Home Affairs Shakti Basnet today said that the ongoing Tarai agitation was against the country’s interests.Speaking to mediapersons after attending an eastern regional security meeting today in Sunsari, Basnet said the government was committed to restore law and order in the Tarai districts by strictly implementing the law. “We are all set to operate vehicles along the highways during daytime despite the demonstration in the plains. We would like to ensure security for all,” he claimed. He argued that the government would confidently confront the adverse situation caused by the blockade at the border. He said, “We won’t surrender and we won’t ink any anti-nationalist agreement.”

Basnet said that the voice against the firing by India’s Seema Surakshya Bal on Nepali territory would be raised in the international forum. “We can’t tolerate such incidents any more. Hence, the government is preparing to draw serious attention of the international community,” he claimed. He said nobody who acts against the country will ever find relief. Secretary at the Ministry of home affairs Narayan Malego, Inspector General of Nepal Police Upendra Kanta Aryal, APF Inspector General Kosh Raj Onta, eastern regional administrator Rajendra Prasad Nepal, eastern battalion chief Major General Hari Bahadur Basnet, eastern regional DIG Madhav Raj Joshi and APF DIG Nirakar Bikram Shah, among others were present at the meeting.

He was not born to a well-off family. He neither had any ambitions for his life nor was he passionate about something. He always preferred living a low-keyed life. Kedar Ghimire, 32, more popularly known as “Magne Buda” of the “Meri Bassai” teleserial knew this that the road ahead of him was not a bed of roses. He would have to struggle a lot because there was no one to show him the way or to back him up in times of need. The promising comedy actor is originally from Makwanpur district. His family often went through financial crunches and that was why he used to put on the same dress to go to his school almost for a year. After the untimely demise of his mother during his early childhood, he had to face much more difficulties to grow up as a responsible son to his father, who hardly could do anything to secure his son’s future. Upon completing his secondary level of education he came to Kathmandu in 1993 and joined in law studies for his Intermediate level. He had no clue why he decided to study law. But before he could complete his education, the financial crunch came as a barrier and he had to withdraw his studies.What did not he do after then? “To survive, human beings can go through all sorts of traumas. Work is worshipping, and I never hesitated doing anything,” says the actor.Starting from working a cycle boy delivering spices and tobaccos to shops and from managing to run a roadside shop, Ghimire struggled day and night to earn his keeps. After quite a long while, he succeeded in opening a wholesale shop of mechanical tools and finally settled down to have a family. Still, he had no clue that one day he would become an actor to look up to.He loved writing poems, and one day decided to send it to one FM Radio program to get it recited. Luckily, his poem got selected and he kept on sending more to the same show. And soon, Radio HBC called him to the studio because they wanted him to host the particular show. At first, he could not believe that he got his first fulltime job. But once he started hosting the show, he knew that he was going to give his best and so did he. After a few months, the station manger of the said radio station got pleased with his dedication and offered him to run two more shows, one of which was called “Cow Show”, a program where he got the opportunity to interview household comedians of Nepal.“When you don’t have fortune to back up, when you don’t have a helping hand, fate decides all for you, and for the rest, you have to work hard,” Ghimire said hinting how “Cow Show” became a career opener for him. It was then he met actors like the late Gopal Raj Mainali, Hari Bansha Acharya, Madan Krishna Shrestha, and Daman Rupakheti.

Bhadragol is the program which is on aired in Nepal Television. The characters in the program create the humorous condition in which they attempt to make their audiences burst into laughter. In this case, the character Jigree who is played by Kumar Kattel has written the script and has also directed with the joint effort of Arjun Ghimire. Arjun plays as an old lady and cheater. Kumar is a love hungry young teenager. The episode is directed by Shankar Acharya and it is produced by Subash Karki. Other main characters are Madhu Sudan Pathak, Sagar Lamsal, Subash Karki, Rakshya Shrestha and more. The program presents Jigree preparing chicken to his beloved Rakshya. He sent his family members somewhere to get medicines. But Jigri was just making some excuses. Jigree was so much busy in cooking chicken for his beloved Rakshya. Two people are shown in next scene in which Pade questions for his sister-in- law for escaping after seeing him. His sister said him that he was not well. In the same, she said that the father of Khupi has also passed away. On hearing this, Pande gets shocked. Pade too goes to attend the funeral site. Rakshya waits for Jigree who had said her to bring the chicken for her.

There was a tiger inside Belase’s house. Pade was looking for Belase and found a tiger in belase’s house. Belase, Pade solti and Khupika Ba were looking for help from police. Police finally decided to intervene and cleared the house. Finally they found the tiger. Pade and Police were surprised to find the tiger in unexpected spot.
