This week Meri Bassai has story of fuel crisis in Nepal. Kaji has lost his firewood. Price of firewood is as much as price of propane gas in Nepal. Bandre is selling some fuel for less money and people are happy to get fuel for regular price. What comes at that price is a little unexpected.

Last week Meri bassai had story of elderly people and dashain. This story was representation of different family in Nepal. Dhurmus’s neighbor was not treating her mother nicely. The old lady had to eat food she couldnot eat, she was not being treated as guest. Fatauri Budi was not making any goat for this dashain, Bhatbhate was at Kaji’s house to eat some goat meat. Suntali was not happy with her sister in law. Khadka ji had borrowed some money to buy a Sari for Apsara and 1 Kilo of goat meat for Apsara’s brother.
